-Power = To return or bring anything to it's prime, he uses it to give himself the appearance of when he 17. It's limited to only objects in a whole form when in his normal form.
Manifestation = Nova gains the ability freeze time in the present for a short duration and the ability to bring destroyed objects back to their prime such as restoring a forest burnt down by a fire but this ability can only be used if it's pieces are still in an incomplete form, so he cannot bring back decayed bodies or fossils due to their pieces having been absorbed into different matter. He can also make his prime ability permanent in this form by sealing them in the present, this does not give immortal youth but simply makes them restart/continue from their prime.
In his Manifested form, Nova is forced to be in his 17 year old form if he was at his true age and his hair turns white and his eyes turn gold.

Background: Nova was born in the Capital of Pira to poor family. His father left when he was a kid and lived with his mother. He grew up on the streets and made some money by tricking people near the casinos by using rigged bets. As he grew up he got a job as a bartender in one of the casinos where he listened to the stories of his customers as he served drinks. This developed his love of fascinating stories but made him realize how much he's missed out of in the world and decided to relive part of his life as he traveled the world and learned new stories. His journey led him everywhere from the rest of Pira, onto Landia, and then into Magnullan. On one of his adventures in Magnullan he learned of the South wind islands which seemed like a great place to take a break at. When he arrived he was in his young form so he could pick up some students at the beach. When he went to the beach an adult grabbed him and said that he was tired of the kids skipping class and dragged Nova off to the school. So due to a twist of fate Nova ended up a new student and decided to roll with it.
