Background: Born in one of noble families in Magullan. He was raise and taught how to be "proper gentleman" and how to act properly in both private and public. Due to earlier teasing about his height and his father's profit-thirst nature, he was also taught that money is very important, even more than human life. Thus, he gained his father's love for money. As expected of his status and from insistence from his parents, Elgar is currently attending South Wind Academy for "suitable and proper education" as his father said.
Goal:To take over his father's shipping company business (or so he claimed).
